The Americans with Disabilities Act---fully demonstrates the equality in U.S.

In 1990, America passed a law called the Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA).The law aims at protecting the equal rights for the disabled person,particularly in employment.
According to the law,the disabled person enjoy the equal chance th be hired and promoted as the normal men.In addition,the employer could not fire someone because of their disabilities.Furthermore,the company should provide reasonable accommodations.
When talking about ADA,Brian Wong is really appreciate it.
Brian works for a computer company.7years ago, a car accident made him paralyzed.The company didn't fire him,in stead it provides many convenient accommodation for him. For example,in front of the gate,there is a ramp for his wheelchair to go;the shelves in his office are low so that he could reach it easily;he even has a flexible working schedule.This Act not only helps Brian,but also make a dedicated employee for the company.
The ADA really makes the world a better place to all. Do you find this valuable?
